That'd be useful for SAR as well.

Perhaps code that up but also add in the features for sending/receiving
the tactical calls across the air to other Xastir instances and APRS+
instances?  With the same protocol that APRS+ uses so that we're
compatible?

I'm not sure what the limits are on the APRS+ tactical callsigns, but
I know they can trade them back and forth so that all of the displays
look the same.  I think that's on our feature request list.
