No, not yet.  There is no 1.2.1 development release.  I didn't do a
development release mid-month this time because the stable release
was about then.  I couldn't see putting out a stable and a
development file that were the same.

In a few days I'll create the first 1.2.1 snapshot, then the links
will be changed to point to it.
