Could someone that has a KISS TNC connected directly to Xastir via
the Serial KISS TNC interface please test out the RELAY digipeat
functionality? I still have a radio with bad finals at my home
station, so this sort of testing is difficult for me.

Uncomment this line in xastir.h and recompile in order to enable
that function:

    //#define SERIAL_KISS_RELAY_DIGI

Two people have already tested RELAY digipeat for AX.25 kernel
interfaces. The togglebutton for that feature is now "Sensitive"
for those interfaces by default (the RELAY DIGIPEAT BUTTON can be
selected).

I need people to try the Serial KISS TNC interface and let me know
if RELAY works there. If it doesn't work, I want details.

If it works well, we'll enable that togglebutton permanently also.
It'll finally give us RELAY digipeat capability for all interfaces
that _should_ support it. The serial TNC's already support it using
the "myalias RELAY" command.
