[Xastir-dev] Someone to crunch the Tiger 2003 maps?

I'll volunteer for Texas initially, and any number of other states as needed. I will start on it tonight / this weekend.

I have not attempted to do this before using ogr2ogr, so thanks for providing the instructions!
