[Xastir-dev] Someone to crunch the Tiger 2003 maps?

Derrick,

	As I recall I hit the same problem when using FME to translate TIGER02
data to SHP files and then feed them into PostGIS.  There are some
fields that had null values in the TIGER files.  Sounds like you found
the same thing.
