Looks like the SourceForge stats page mentions that there's a
five-our delay for all projects between developer and anon CVS.  At
least we know what it is now.

Anyone else having trouble this morning getting into developer's
CVS?  I'm getting warnings from SSH this morning:

The DSA host key for cvs.xastir.sourceforge.net has changed,
and the key for the according IP address 66.35.250.209
is unchanged. This could either mean that
DNS SPOOFING is happening or the IP address for the host
and its host key have changed at the same time.
