For Xastir we went through the spec carefully a while back and made
sure we matched the spec.  We now have a few exceptions to that
which match your errata page.  For this "/(" symbol, we're also a
satellite ground station.

We have no wheelchair symbol in either table.  I'd be happy to add
one.
