Ok.  Thanks.  Tom R. was working on processing the 2003 Tiger files
into Shapefiles as well, but then you have to run dbfawk with them
in order to make them useful, as they're not the equivalent of the
ESRI Shapefiles that Xastir is hard-coded to use directly.

So, we appear to have an ftp site for the geocode files (which is
great!  Thanks Derrick!).  Anyone have space for the Shapefiles made
from the 2003 tiger data?  Just as a data point, all of WA was a bit
over 80 megabytes, about 10* the size of the geocode file for WA.
