[Xastir-dev] Cygwin CPU Usage: Volunteer?

I did the exercise, and since my work machine is only doing weather and local
maps, it showed nothing. I need to add some other features like internet ports I
guess. My work machine died and I got new one and I have yet to receive the
round tuit.
