This will be "xastir-1.5.0", to go along with the
Software-Release-Practice-HOWTO:

  "3. Good project- and archive- naming practice
      3.1. Use GNU-style names with a stem and major.minor.patch
           numbering."

I think this normally means that the first patch to 1.5 will be
1.5.1, but we'll use that for our first development version.
