[Xastir-dev] Dead-Reckoning, objects/items

I've worked on the code a bit for dead-reckoning, and probably will
have to do a bit more, but I think it is usable now. Objects/Items
that have a course/speed will both move on your screen now AND
transmit out intermediate points as they traverse along.

Remote screens that have dead-reckoning implemented will see similar
things to what your local display shows. Those without it will see
updated positions for the object periodically.

I haven't gotten the "arc" portion of the dead-reckoning to display
in the proper place yet (have to work on the math some more for it),
so it has been disabled for now. The dashed line and the ghosted
symbol are all you'll see currently.

I'm interested in hearing reports from people who try it.

Oh yea, worst case is at 1 knot and zoom 1: If you're sending
regular APRS packets you'll see the object jump to the grid points.
If you're sending compressed packets you'll have much smoother
operation, but a lot of APRS stations out there won't decode those
as Base-91 compression wasn't implemented in some clients.
