[Xastir-dev] lsb-xastir, now with online Tigermaps!

Try this one:

ftp://ftp.eskimo.com/u/a/archer/aprs/xastir/LSB/xastir-lsb.tar.bz2

It now supports online Tigermaps, local Shapefiles, local geoTIFF
maps, and all the non-optional built-in maps.

Install it like this:

    su
    cd /
    tar xjvf PATH/xastir-lsb.tar.bz2
    exit (from root)

Then run it:

    /opt/lsb-xastir/bin/xastir &

It now has GraphicsMagick support which is proven to work for online
Tigermaps (GIF).

It doesn't work for Terraserver maps yet (JPEG) but I should be
able to fix that soon.  PNG support might take longer.
