[Xastir-dev] Shapelib internal library

*) Should we continue to use the "--without-shapelib" flag to force
Xastir to use the internal library, or an enable flag like
"--with-internal-shapelib"?

*) Should we add text the configure final output and perhaps the
Help->About text to show that we're using the internal library?

Something like:

  Building with ShapeLib ..................... : yes (internal)

And:

  Libraries used: AX25 Festival ... ShapeLib(internal) PCRE ...

*) While we're at it:  It'd be nice to format the Help->About
libraries text into multiple lines, tabbed over with spaces so that
the section stands out.  The Motif line is appended to the end of
the Libraries line here, plus the dialog is very wide.
