[Xastir-dev] rx data handling diagrams

They are not intended to be true data flow diagrams.  They're basic
flow charts meant to convey how an incoming packet (from a TNC or a
server connection) should be handled, and the information is meant to
tell a group of software engineering students what they need to know
to a) understand the process, b) create appropriate documentation
(e.g. a real DFD), and c) implement correct code.
