[Xastir-dev] Where did src/qt/ go?

FWIW: The xastir/src/qt/ directory has been moved to it's own Git repo at:

  https://github.com/Xastir/Xastir-Qt

The "callpass" directory was copied over there as well.

For anyone wanting to work on the Xastir-Qt port, that's where to go. Note
that this port is almost entirely non-functional: No maps, little
functionality other than connecting to an internet feed and displaying raw
packets. It compiles under Qt4 or Qt5 and should work with IPv4 or IPv6
connections.
