[Xastir-dev] More on "Time for a new release"

Last call:  this email prompted one developer to fix a long standing bug that 
was in github issues, which was great.

If you are inclined to emulate Jason in this regard, time is running out.

Unless I get word that someone is sitting on a handful of bug fixes that are 
going to be committed or PRed any second now, Xastir 2.2.0 will be released 
based on the current state of the Xastir repo on Friday afternoon, 4 Aug.
