[Xastir] Mic-E problem.

Can you send me more packets that decode incorrectly?  Perhaps you
can grep through your logs for that callsign or others that transmit
MIC-E and send some of them to me?  If so, give me an explanation in
words of what's wrong with each track so that I can investigate.

Are you sure it's just a problem with Mic-E, or might it have a
problem with other types of packets also?

Anyone else seeing this sort of problem?  Give more details?
