[Xastir] Missing a piece

I'm putting this back to the list 'cuz I'm not running RedHat 7.3,
and this is probably best answered by someone who is.  It's possible
that ImageMagick may have changed their API again as well.

Could someone who has Xastir working with RedHat 7.3 please help?
