Hey Tom, thanks for keeping after me!

I finally put the right debug statements in the right places and
figured out that the distance calculation for bulletins was using
the "BLNx" portion of the packet instead of the "from" callsign.
I'm testing out the fix now and will commit it to CVS sometime soon.
That should solve the problem you've been having with bulletins
popping up.

Tom and I have had a lot of private email going back and forth for
what, weeks now?  Guess so.  Sorry it took so long Tom!

A constant gentle nudge (kind'a like Chinese torture treatment?)
does wonders for getting the developers to do something.

Obligatory Public Acknowledgment:  Tom was right, I was wrong.  The
code had a problem.
