[Xastir] Missing a piece

He has the ImageMagick headers installed, which was the thing to
check first.

I believe it's either a mismatch between the installed ImageMagick
libraries and the development headers, or else the ImageMagick
people have changed their API and we have to play catch-up in the
Xastir code yet again.

Downloading the latest ImageMagick and checking the .h files would
tell us quickly whether they changed their API again.  I don't have
time to do that right now.
