I don't think I did. It was very, very ugly, but I didn't care because I
was going to need it one time. 

The other trick is to find a list of quads for a state with their grid
positions and just write a simple substitution to rename them correctly,
and I think I did that the next time I cared.

Google found me a list I could use.
