[Xastir] Mouse Problems

Well, it _is_ an X problem.  Most of the other apps have worked
around it.  We haven't yet.  It doesn't mean it's a bug in Xastir,
just that we haven't worked around somebody else's bugs.  ;-)

Last night I added a popup window if you try to click the right
mouse button in Xastir and you have one of the modifiers turned on.
It doesn't _fix_ the problem, but it at least alerts the operator as
to how to work around it so that the mouse menus work.  It's the
best I could do late last night.  I tried several other things and
couldn't figure out how to fix it for good.
