[Xastir] Hurricane Wind Fields

Hi All-
I don't know who fixed the wind fields in xastir's latest cvs but
thanks! Take a look at Hurricane Kenna off the west coast of Mexico and
you will see the 35 , 50 , and 65 knot circles.  These are the radius
from the center and give an idea of the strength of this monster- 140
knot winds (160 mph) with gusts to 170 ( approaching 200 MPH) - Lowest
central pressure in the Western Hemisphere since Gilbert in 1988 915 mb
or 27.02
