[Xastir] XASTIR <=> RH 8.0

I'm using the latest CVS and RedHat 8.0.  OpenMotif off the CDs works
fine.  ImageMagick did not.  I appears that not all the required files are
in the ImageMagick-devel rpm.  I loaded the rpm from 7.3 and it compiled
and runs fine.  I haven't done shapelibs yet.  That will be next.
