Very close:

tnc.log: packets incoming from any/all TNC's
net.log: packets incoming from any/all Internet APRS servers
igate.log: packets gated between TNC's and internet servers (both
directions)

Ian wrote one in Perl.  He's the guy that did the APRS spec editing.
