[Xastir] GeoTiff Question

I see no "(cached)" entry in the TIFFClose line, so you must have
wasted your config.cache file.  That's good.

Have you checked that the TIFF include files have been installed
in the normal place?  Checked that the TIFF library got installed
properly and is in a place that configure can find and test
against it?
