[Xastir] xserver

This one is better than Xwin32 fairly stable.
Cygwin - Almost a full linux system that runs under windows. Fire it up run
xstart and check it out.

Xastir runs fine to it,
Since it;s a linux emulator it may even run XASTIR ;)
