[Xastir] Xastir RPM's

VK3SB has packaged Xastir for Debian and I converted the latest copy to
RPM using alien.  If anyone wants to try it (at their own risk), it is
available from:

ftp://ftp.tapr.org/software_lib/Linux/xastir/xastir-1.1.4.20030314-2.i386.rpm
