[Xastir] RPMs and such

Or, take it one step further, and put xastir into a custom version
of knoppix (www.knoppix.org). This is a boot-from-cd system...just
pop the CD into a PC, and reboot. Very cool as a rescue disk and
for  getting some use out of PCs at work too!
