[Xastir] Compiling with Mandrake 9.1

Yes! 9.1 automatically installs the latest ImageMagick-5.5.4.7 which 
under RPMFIND is labeled Mandrake cooker, so I removed it and installed 
the 5.4.83 and everything is up and running.
