[Xastir] cvs update

 Curt, got Xastir to plot positions with AGWPE
interface!  Thank you for your help.

It would not work after the compilation that contained
errors (errors associated with ImageMagic 5.5.6).
I verified that AGWPE was seeing packets, but Xastir
was not seeing them even when it said that port 8000
was UP.

After i got & installed ImageMagick 5.5.3 with no
errors, Xastir was hearing and plotting the stations OK
on APRS-DOS maps.

There is a possibility that i did something else right
and that the cause and effect is not what i thought it
was.  This has been kind of a steep learning curve here,
being new to both Cygwin and Xastir.  

Is the current situation still that Xastir will not
transmit using AGWPE?  Just checking.
