- Feature/Code Freeze 

All developers should consider this a time to finish up on anything that you 
are currently working on and get it submitted.  Please refrain from adding 
additional functionality to existing code.  

Users, please submit _any_ bugs to this list so that they can be addressed.

- List attachments

A number of people have expressed concern that attachments aren't permitted on 
this lists.  Unless someone can offer a compelling argument otherwise this 
will remain the case.  Attachments and HTML are discouraged.  Code change 
suggestions should be in the form of a diff or patch and sent in the body of 
an email (80KB limit).
