[Xastir] Xastir 1.2.0

G'day,

I had a major overhaul. Changed from RH 7.1 to RH 8.0.
Have Xastir 1.1.0 back up and running on two ports using ax25 and kiss.

I tried to compile Xastir 1.2.0 without much success.
Here are the results for ./configure for 1.1.0 and 1.2.0 (same system, same 
computer):

xastir 1.1.0

Building with AX25.......... : yes
Building with GeoTiff....... : no
Building with ShapeLib...... : no
Building with ImageMagick... : yes
Building with Festival...... : no

xastir 1.2.0 has been configured using the
following external libraries.


Building with AX25.......... : no
Building with GeoTiff....... : no
Building with ShapeLib...... : no
Building with ImageMagick... : no
Building with Festival...... : no
Building with GPSMan........ : no

Can someone explain? Compile also comes up with errors, but I got to get 
the configuration correct first.
