[Xastir] linux question

We don't have a good RPM mechanism, or an apt mechanism, so, no, there's
not a "good" uninstall mechainsm. That said, the directions below are a
real good approach to ininstalling xastir.
/usr/local/bin/xastir and /usr/local/xastir/* are the core and key files.
