[Xastir] Tigermap - intensity

OK, I broke something.

Upgraded ImgageMagick to the 5.4.4 level from source

CVS'd a fresh xastir tree

installed, etc.

Now, however, in Maps > Enable/configure Tiger maps > Intensity

The slider appears to have no effect. It'll slide fine, but the
resulting map display doesn't change at all.

Suggestions on where to look for how I broke it? Should I have done
"something" after the ImageMagick install and before I compiled up
xastir?
