Steven,

I believe this relates to using libgeotiff 1.2.0 with a libtiff from
before 3.6.0 beta ... I note you are using 3.5.7.   If you want to use
libgeotiff 1.2.0 you will also need to update to libtiff 3.6.0 Beta.
