[Xastir] UGH!!! Shapefiles?

Update!!

I deleted my shapelib install dir, and un-tar'd the file.  This time the
make lib is working!!!
I noticed that I still had an RPM of Shapelib installed.  I removed it (rpm
-e ...) and then untar'd the file.  Ran "make lib" etc and it completed.

The configure file for Xastir now finds Shapelib support!!!  Compiling
xastir now.
