[Xastir] Installing ImageMagick on RH 8.0 for xastir

You can grab the ImageMagick packages from rawhide or from my mirror site at 
ftp://ftp.hscs.virginia.edu/pub/linux/redhat/linux/rawhide/i386/RedHat/RPMS/
