Yea, the File->Configure->Timing->GPS Check Interval (sec) option
should change the timing at which DTR gets toggled. If it doesn't,
then something isn't implemented properly. It's possible that we
(read that as "I") forgot to connect the two when the GPS timing
slider was added.
I haven't taken a look at this problem yet. Too busy scraping
paint.
