[Xastir] latest cvs update broke my maps

I just did an update on an NT4 box and it's up and running FB.  This
one is also running Lesstif 0.93.41, so it must not be a Lesstif
issue.

Perhaps this would be a good time to try another network update of
Cygwin to see if anything's been changed?
