[Xastir] Feature tweak? proximity sound alerts.

My solution to the proximity sound constantly going off was to replace
whatever sound it was with a very short, sharp sound. Now my computer does a
little pop/click sound which I don't find annoying. (Of course Festival
speaks the callsign and distance right after that... my computer's always
talking to me.)

But it would be nifty, and probably easy to have different kinds of proximity
alerts. Say have several alarms for each of mobiles, stationary, direct,
digipeated, tnc, internet, etc.)
