[Xastir] xastir doesn't see anything over port 8000 ...

Gerry, OK can you tell me what config file(s) in RH i
would check for that?  And i still don't know if what is
blocking port 80 will affect xastir on port 8000.

Here is another bit of info:  When i run a Windows utility
called IP Tools, it shows an active connection on port
8000 -- and on the same line a connection on port 1177.
Does the agwpe interface need two ports, 8000 and 1177?
