You've been on this list long enough to start learning my hot
buttons...  ;-)  That's one thing I've _very_ worried about:  Using
it in emergency situations and losing data because of an accidental
shutdown or a segfault.  I don't want to have that happen.

Object/items and their tracks aren't really a problem as they're
loaded from a persistent file on startup.  Everything else is a
problem, including messaging and station positions/tracks.

Bob (kd7nm) just suggested making it a "compile-time (or configure
script) option - or add enabling/disabling it as an option somewhere
in the configuration menus".

I like that last option.  Add another toggle somewhere under the
Configure menus somewhere that, if enabled, would bring back the
"Are you sure?" dialog on exit.  That way both camps could have it
the way they like.
