[Xastir] My CVS problem (solution)

Long story short, a broken distribution of Mandrake 9.1
There where missing links from the rpm install of the system in /usr/bin, 
/usr/libautoconf and missing pl file called ac-wrapper.pl !!

It took a lot of head scratching but bootstrap works properly now on my 
system..

Thought I would post this in case there is anybody else with the same or 
simular problem..
