[Xastir] Xastir + Cygwin

Yeah.. It does show as com1 by default. Which is correct. I can connect to
the radio with WinPack, and WinAPRS on com1 so I know that is the correct
port. Later today I will throw the serial sniffer on there and see if cygwin
is even seeing the port.

I did have my hotsync manager running, it was set to USB and Network, not
serial, but I disabled it just in case. No luck. 

As a other interesting note, the terminal that I start xastir in..has no
error messages on it. :) Which I find strange since even my RH machine gives
output to the terminal.

When I configured a GPS device on a serial port for testing, I used
just "com2".

Later on we should tweak Xastir so that "com1" or "com2" show up as
Cygwin defaults instead of "/dev/ttyS0".

Actually, I just tried creating a new serial TNC interface on Cygwin
and it defaulted to "com1", so perhaps we already did this...
