[Xastir] Xastir 1.2 STABLE has been released

Xastir 1.2-stable has been released.

The code freeze is now thawed.  CVS is open for business again.
Have at it guys and gals...

Let's see, if I'm first at submitting my new patches, I don't have
to resolve CVS conflicts against everybody elses patches... Time to
get busy!
