[Xastir] Xastir 1.2 STABLE has been released

I see this on the Download web page -- it has the expected 1.2.0 version
number in the configure.ac file.

It does not yet appear in CVS, however. I did a clean "co" from the 
anonymous CVS server as of about 2 minutes ago (~7:10am est 2003/5/14).
