Folks,

I have prepared a new point release of libgeotiff to capture various
significant fixes and build improvements.

I would add that a libtiff 3.6.0 final release can be expected within days,
and that libgeotiff 1.2.x or later requires libtiff 3.6.0 beta or later.

Changes (from the ChangeLog file) include:

2003-06-20  Frank Warmerdam  <warmerdam at pobox.com>

	* bin/Makefile.in: Removed the "prep" target for copying the geotiff
	shared library ... not necessary with -L.. (I hope).

	* configure.in: don't let -ltiff get added to LIBS multiple times.

	* Prepared 1.2.1 release

	* cpl_csv.c: changed CSVFilename() to search for pcs.csv, not
	horiz_cs.csv.
