[Xastir] Illinois Topo Maps

If any of you are residents of Illinois and don't want to pay the fees for DRG topographic maps there is good news.  Your tax dollars are hard at work; the link below serves them up at no charge:

DRG files for all sections of the state are available in various resolutions.  The java script that fetches the map and prepares your download is slow, but the connection is fast.  I was able to get the entire Chicago area over morning coffee while I reading the news.

There are other maps and aerial photo formats available, but I don't think they are usable with Xastir (can we use use digital orthophotos stored in SID and SDW files?).
