[Xastir] Redhat 9.0 compile problems

The RPMs that came with RH9.0 for ImageMagick did not do the trick, I 
ended up having to install  ImageMagick from the source.   That might be 
the problem.

BTW: Did you update your ld.so.conf file with the library paths and run 
ldconfig, that was the step I forgot about. :)
